SEXUAL VIOLENCE PREVENTION

The Lose the Exclusion Coalition worked tirelessly this year to pass Senate Bill S4555 & Assembly Bill A1065. The work continues…

Our Sexual Violence Prevention Aims

C4AC created this branch with three main targets in mind:

1) Lobby for legislation that closes loopholes, codifies consent,
and protects those vulnerable from sexual assault.

2) Collaborate with agencies, associations, communities,
and individuals to aid and provide safe spaces for survivors.

3) Provide education and resources to the youth
and those most vulnerable to attack from sexual predators.

Reach out today if you want to help in any of the above ways, so that together we can help dramatically prevent sexual assault across the state of New York.

Efforts in the past years…

Updates to come…

We are proud to have advocated for this Bill to be drafted, working to see coercion, duress, revocation (and more) amended into the language, and working to see it passed!
